I drew inspiration from the iconic "Wazir Khan Mosque" in Lahore to create a mosque that seamlessly integrates traditional design principles with a contemporary aesthetic. Utilising local materials such as brick, lime, and marble, the design seeks to establish a connection to the cultural context while promoting sustainability. The spatial arrangement prioritizes an immersive worship experience, with careful attention to the mosque's layout and the incorporation of local craftsmanship. Cultural symbols are interwoven into the design, enriching the project with a profound sense of meaning.
